Full and part time positions available. Operations Managers must exhibit excellent leadership/management skills including: setting clear expectations, giving direction and mentoring your team. Operations Manager will contribute to the delivery of exceptional guest service by recruiting, training, scheduling and retaining guest focused team members. These positions are responsible for specific operation tasks, a full staff of associates, checklist completion, cleaning and communication between departments under the direct supervision of a Regional Director as well as simple stock keeping and cash handling.
