Job description

Arcade Technician

As a Stars and Strikes Arcade Technician, you will work with the Arcade Manager to ensure that the arcade and games are maintained to the highest standards. Arcade Technicians will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment in the arcade. In addition to maintenance, the Arcade Technician must also clean and run diagnostics on the equipment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to work well as a team
  • 1-2 years of previous mechanical and electrical experience
  • Must have basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends & holidays
  • Knowledge of basic computer functions

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous service to all guests while maintaining compliance with all company protocols, policies, and procedures
  • Repair/replace parts on machinery
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Adhere to regular maintenance and cleaning schedule
  • Report to your General Manager, Arcade Manager, and your Regional Game Mechanic on any major issues, parts on order, etc
