Kids Place Staff Member - River Place Country Club

Position Overview

River Place Country Club is seeking an energetic, dependable, and caring Kids Place Staff Member to help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children while members enjoy the Club's amenities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a family-focused atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized Kids Place environment
  • Provide friendly and attentive care for children of club members and guests
  • Communicate professionally with parents and fellow team members
  • Follow all Club safety procedures and childcare policies
  • Assist with special family events, camps, and seasonal programming as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous childcare, babysitting, camp, or youth program experience preferred
  • Friendly, patient, and dependable personality
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
