KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance Marvel: Keep every room and public space in tip-top shape-sparkling, shiny, and up to company standards!
- Team Captain: Lead, train, and cheer on the engineering squad, scheduling shifts and inspiring top performance.
- Safety Superhero: Run fire safety inspections and epic drills, making sure everyone stays safe and sound.
- Guest Service Star: Jump to the rescue for maintenance requests and boost those rave-worthy guest service scores!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Supervisory experience required
- Current certifications as required (e.g., HVAC, pool, electrical)
- Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure
