We’re looking for a driven Store Manager to lead store performance, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll own sales results, champion operational excellence, and foster an engaging, customer-first culture.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  •          Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.
  •          Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through ongoing training, performance management, and succession planning.
  •          Drive sales by executing business strategies, promotional initiatives, and effective merchandising plans.
  •          Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and analysis of variances to achieve targets.
  •          Build strong customer relationships to understand needs and enhance service delivery.
  •          Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance.
  •          Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as health and safety regulations.
  •          Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink control programs.

 You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. 
  • 3+ years of management experience in a specialty retail or customer-focused environment. 
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a proven ability to recruit, hire, and train high-performing teams. 
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities. 
  • Expertise in sales growth, merchandising strategies, expense control, shrink reduction, and brand differentiation. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and drive operational excellence. 
  • Passion for board games, pop culture, and creating memorable customer experiences. 
  • Energetic, outgoing, and motivated personality that thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay Rate: $28 per hour
