  • Assist with planning and analysis efforts using GIS and other design tools to support project development.
  • Contribute to the production of civil design plans, including site layouts, grading, utilities, and roadway designs.
  • Assist in preparing permit applications and supporting documentation for regulatory approvals.
  • Participate in field visits and construction site observations to gain exposure to construction processes and project implementation.
  • Support modeling efforts for water, sewer, and stormwater systems and assist with associated technical reports.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and team members to support project delivery and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in civil engineering design or a related role.

  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, including preparation of site plans, grading plans, and utility layouts.
  • Basic understanding of grading, drainage, and utility design principles.
  • Familiarity with GIS software (such as ArcGIS/ArcPro) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
