Athletics Administrative Assistant
Why this role matters
This role plays an important part in creating exceptional experiences for student-athletes, families, coaches, and visitors while helping ensure athletic events and daily operations run smoothly.
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday with evening and occasional weekend hours during athletic seasons (80% FTE)
Reports to: Athletic Director, working closely with Director of Enrollment and President
Pay: $17โ€“$19 per hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Health, dental, vision and life insurance; paid time off and retirement plan
Location: Roncalli High School, Manitowoc, WI
What youโ€™ll do
  • Coordinate athletic schedules, rosters, eligibility records, and event logistics.
  • Support student-athletes, coaches, families, officials, and visiting schools.
  • Assist with game-day operations, tournaments, admissions, concessions, volunteers, and special events.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for athletic events, field trips, and school activities.
  • Maintain accurate athletic and transportation records and documentation.
  • Communicate scheduling updates and important information to students, families, and staff.
  • Support athletic registrations, awards programs, scholarships, and special projects.
  • Provide administrative support to school leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, reports, and meetings.
  • Assist with reception and general office operations as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of school and athletic programs.
