POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for courteous and professional, part-time Game Day Ticketing Representatives for the 2026 season to provide exceptional customer service to our fans. This position is responsible for communicating information regarding events such as pricing, seating, order processing, and payment as well as greeting fans and scanning tickets at the gate.
This is a part-time, seasonal position working between March through November. Shifts will vary depending on event needs. Must be able to meet the schedule requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Provide a positive and welcoming experience for fans, ensuring their visit starts on the right note.
โ€ข Assist customers with purchasing tickets in person and over the phone, using the ticketing system to process transactions.
โ€ข Welcome and greet fans at the gate and scanning their tickets.
โ€ข Address customer inquiries regarding their event details, ticket availability, pricing, seating options, and stadium policies.
โ€ข Troubleshooting issues, such as reprints, exchanges, and account updates, professionally and efficiently.
โ€ข Resolve issues when they arise; escalate concerns, if necessary.
โ€ข Provide information and assistance regarding present and future games & events.
โ€ข Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth operations at the gate and box office.
โ€ข Understand and demonstrate an understanding of stadium policies and procedures.
โ€ข Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
โ€ข Must be 18 years old.
โ€ข Prior experience in customer service, ticketing, or box office operations.
โ€ข Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing systems (training will be provided).
โ€ข Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
โ€ข Able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
โ€ข Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check.
โ€ข Must be legally authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the US.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, climb, grasp, stretch, stoop, and reach above head in conjunction with tasks for up to 8 hours per day.
Must be able to work in moderate to very loud environments.
Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly in person and on the telephone.
SCHEDULE:
This part-time, hourly position works weekends, evenings, and holidays between April and November. Shifts will vary depending on event needs.
