Role Purpose

The Facilities & Workplace Services Intern will support the daily operation of the corporate office and help improve internal workplace processes and services. This role is designed to give students practical exposure to facilities coordination, maintenance follow-up, vendor communication, workplace experience, and process organization.

The intern will also have the opportunity to contribute to improvement initiatives that help the office operate more efficiently and provide a better employee experience.

Activities

  • Support follow-up on maintenance and workplace service requests.
  • Help coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and building management for office-related needs.
  • Assist in tracking service requests, pending items, and completion status.
  • Support workplace inspections, office organization, and general facilities documentation.
  • Help maintain records related to office services, purchases, and supplier activities.
  • Participate in initiatives focused on workplace improvements, organization, and efficiency.
  • Support EHS and workplace safety activities such as documentation, basic follow-up, and awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with different teams to support a positive and functional office environment.

Required Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Architecture
  • Environmental Engineering
  • Facilities Management
