Empire Technological Group Limited dba Aruze gaming Global is looking to add a Sales & Engineering Support / Product Liaison to our team!


Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all Beta Test Bank operations in coordination with Sales and Product Management.
  • Serve as a project coordinator between Sales and Product Teams for custom configurations and delivery timelines.
  • Product management including game slicks, par sheets, and digital content management.
  • Monitor and escalate issues related to product readiness and customer delivery.
  • Collect and document detailed customer requirements for custom slot machine builds.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external product launch materials.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Engineering, and Product during key deals and product rollouts.
  • Provide regular sales forecast updates in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Operations Teams.
  • Maintain and improve access to product management tools and resources, including reorganization of internal/external portals.
  • Review and distribute newly released game math and marketing collateral.
  • Provide day-to-day support to organizational leadership as needed.
  • Support sales leadership with the creation of proposals, CRM data entry, and pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate communication between engineering, product, and sales on custom configurations and timelines.
  • Track and escalate product and delivery issues as needed.
  • Other duties as requested and/or assigned. 

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and project management platforms is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience or interest in the gaming, manufacturing, or technology sectors is a plus.
