AtWork is currently hiring Administrative Assistants for multiple opportunities in Kennesaw and Marietta. We are looking for professional, organized, and dependable candidates who are comfortable working in an office environment and providing excellent customer service.
Available opportunities may include front desk, data entry, customer service, administrative support, and phone-based roles.
Job Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Greet visitors and provide professional front-desk support
  • Enter, update, and maintain information accurately
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and general office tasks
  • Prepare and organize documents and correspondence
  • Respond to emails and other communications
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to staff
