Business Segment Overview

Position Purpose: The Sales Enablement Reporting & Insights Analyst is responsible for developing, governing, and operationalizing customer, sales, and engagement data across StoneX' s modern Microsoft analytics stack.This role supports Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engagement by ensuring highquality data, scalable reporting, and trusted insights as StoneX transitions from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Dataverse is the operational data layer, Databricks is the analytics and transformation platform, and Power BI is the primary reporting and visualization tool. The role blends data analysis, analytics engineering, and Power BI development, with a strong focus on data quality, governance, and enabling actionable insights for the business.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

  • Serve as the analytics partner to sales, marketing and customer engagement teams translating business questions into analytical requirements to build out Power Bi and CRM reporting and dashboards.
  • Contribute analytics documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and enablement to business users on interpretating dashboards and using data effectively.
  • Support and validate data integrations between Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Databricks, and downstream reporting layers.
  • Execute and oversee data quality initiatives focused on accuracy, completeness, standardization, and deduplication related to CRM data.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate data issues impacting analytics and business reporting.
  • Partner with Enterprise Data Team to implement MDM strategies with a focus on ensuring Dynamics 365 data remain ultimately relevant to customer engagement and sales teams.
Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, Databricks, and Power BI
  • Demonstrated data integration and/or migration experience with Dynamics 365 CRM or similar tools
  • Proven experience retrieving and analyzing data using Excel
  • Understanding of MDM principles and data mastering
  • Proficient in SQL; familiarity with data transformations and pre-aggregation concepts
  • Hands on experience with Power BI including Data modeling, dataset optimization, report deployment and security
  • In depth understanding of CRM architecture and data management
  • Strong communication and data presentation skills (both written and verbal), including ability to communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Strong customer service-oriented mindset
  • Deep attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Experience embedding Power BI in Dynamics 365
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, dataflows, or Lakehouse architecture
