Nous recherchons une personne organisee, minutieuse et proactive pour rejoindre notre equipe en tant que coordonnateur(trice) evenements et voyages. Vous serez responsable de donner vie a nos evenements (tournees F2F) tout en assurant une gestion fluide et efficace de toute la logistique de deplacement en coulisses.


Vos responsabilites

  • Planifier et coordonner les evenements de A a Z
  • Gerer les lieux, les horaires, la logistique et le soutien sur place
  • Reserver et organiser les deplacements (vols, trains) et l'hebergement
  • Intervenir rapidement pour resoudre les imprevus ou changements de derniere minute
  • Suivre les budgets, traiter les factures et identifier des opportunites d'economies
  • Assurer une communication claire et efficace avec les equipes internes et les partenaires
  • Capacite a voyager occasionnellement requis


Votre profil

  • 1 a 2 ans d'experience en coordination ou en planification d'evenements
  • Excellentes competences organisationnelles et capacite a gerer plusieurs taches
  • Solides aptitudes en communication et en resolution de problemes
  • Grand souci du detail et capacite a performer sous pression
  • Experience en administration
  • Interet ou connaissance des jeux de cartes a collectionner (TCG) un atout

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-loving Events & Travel Coordinator to bring our events (F2F Tours) to life while keeping all travel logistics running smoothly behind the scenes.


What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute events from concept to completion
  • Coordinate venues, schedules, logistics, and on-site support
  • Book and manage travel (flights, rail) and accommodations
  • Jump in to resolve travel disruptions or last-minute changes
  • Track budgets, process invoices, and spot cost-saving opportunities
  • Keep everyone aligned with clear, timely communication
  • Occasional travel is required


What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of event planning or coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Administrative experience
  • Interest or knowledge in Trading Card Games (TCG) is considered an asset
