JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Overview

Do you think in Reels, TikToks, youtube and have a good understanding of linear broadcasting? FOX 10, FOX 10+ and FOX LOCAL Phoenix are on the hunt for a Multimedia Promo Producer who’s passionate about digital storytelling and ready to make our content shine on every platform. In this role, you’ll create eye-catching videos, and meaningful digital moments that connect FOX 10 with our community in new and exciting ways. From news stories to behind-the-scenes fun, you’ll bring our brand’s personality to life — one post, clip, or promo campaign at a time. You’ll collaborate with our Digital, News, Sports and your Promotions teammates to build buzz, grow engagement & viewership, and expand our reach well beyond the TV screen. If you love telling local stories that trend for all the right reasons, this is your stage.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute proactive, digital-first marketing strategies that build FOX 10’s presence across social and streaming platforms.
  • Produce dynamic short-form video, graphics, and photography for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.
  • Capture and edit real-time, behind-the-scenes moments that show FOX 10’s authentic voice and connection to our viewers.
  • Reimagine long-form video into snackable, mobile-friendly content that pops on social feeds.
  • Team up with our graphic designer to create digital graphics and motion visuals that stay true to our brand and stand out online.
  • Produce linear promo content for news, sports shows, game tune-ins, contests and community initiatives.
  • Consume our product on all platforms, know it inside-out and attend news, sports & digital meetings to know what's coming next.
  • Track performance metrics and trends to guide creative decisions and keep engagement growing.
  • Partner with teams across News, Sports, Promotions, and Sales to deliver consistent, share-worthy storytelling.
  • Experiment with new tools, formats, and trends to keep FOX 10 ahead of the digital curve.
  • Keep engagement fun, fast, thought provoking and authentically on-brand.
  • Support community initiatives, and promotional projects with proactive digital coverage on-site or in office.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience creating content for digital, social, or multimedia marketing (broadcast, sports, or entertainment background a plus).
  • A portfolio that proves you know how to hook viewers in the first three seconds.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Wildmoka, or similar tools.
  • Skills in directing, shooting, lighting, and editing vertical or horizontal video for social, mobile & linear.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience insights, and platform trends.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling chops with a creative eye for detail, catching mistakes.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, hit deadlines, and stay cool in a fast-moving environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work occasional nights, mornings, weekends, or events.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a newsroom, broadcast, or creative agency environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Gemini, Workspace and analytics.
You’ll Thrive Here If You’re
  • A proactive creative trend-spotter who’s always thinking about the next scroll-stopping idea.
  • An authentic visual storyteller who can make any story pop on any screen.
  • Organized, flexible, and ready to pivot when inspiration strikes.
  • A strong leader andcollaborator who plays well with creative, editorial, and marketing pros.
  • Passionate about local stories, innovation, and making digital & linear connections.
