Location: On-site @ Pavilion Payments|Las Vegas, NV

Pavilion Payments is looking for an Associate Counsel to join our Legal team in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys partnering with the business, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives, and helping drive practical solutions in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Approximately 90% of this role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements while also supporting licensing, regulatory, and other corporate legal matters within the gaming and payments industries.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, SaaS, licensing, and professional services contracts
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, Procurement, and other business teams to support business initiatives
  • Identify legal and commercial risks while providing practical, business-focused guidance
  • Support gaming licensing, regulatory, and other corporate legal matters
  • Help improve legal processes, contract templates, and legal operations
Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
  • 3–5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting payments, FinTech, gaming, SaaS, or other regulated industries
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional business teams
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms
  • Nevada Bar admission or ability to become licensed in Nevada
