Job description

 
 SRC Automotive, Inc. is a leader in the remanufacturing of engines used in the Automotive, Marine, Natural Gas & Oil and Power Systems industries. 

At SRC, we do things differently. Our associates take pride in their reputation as businesspeople who understand how they impact our bottom line. Their excellent technical skills – accompanied by their role as employee-owners – has become our legacy.

Assembler – 1st shift 5am to 3:30pm Monday-Thursday, with frequent overtime required on Fridays, and occasional Saturdays. 

Our Assemblers may work in assembly, testing, packaging, or machining areas of our shop. All work is done according to customer specifications and company processes. Engine knowledge is helpful but not required!

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Perform production duties by following written processes (work instructions) to assemble engines or engine components
  • Works within productions processes to ensure compliance with quality standards; responsible for visual and quantifiable inspection of the final result of their process
  • Maintains good housekeeping and safe working environment
