Job Description

As the Native Sr. Manager of Innovation will you drive innovative digital strategies for our Initiative Diamond Management (IDM) team which is a core cross-functional engineering and management discipline at Procter & Gamble (P&G) focused on delivering end-to-end product innovation. In this role you will work and operates alongside other key P&G engineering and operational disciplines like Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain & Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas.

  • Manages Stream 2- 4 initiatives with opportunities for growth in Stream 1 when ready.
