A Taste of What You'll Do

Join Gallo Glass as an Administrative Coordinator and play a key role in supporting business operations through exceptional organization, communication, and administrative expertise. In this position, you will serve as a trusted partner to the Vice President of Gallo Glass, the Gallo Glass leadership team, department leaders, and teams by coordinating calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, reporting activities, and day-to-day administrative functions. You will help ensure smooth operations by managing communications, supporting special projects, maintaining office resources, and coordinating events, tours, and meetings.
 

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across functions, build strong working relationships, and contribute to a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and customer service are highly valued. From preparing presentations and reports to supporting onboarding activities and coordinating logistics, you will help create an efficient and productive workplace that enables teams to do their best work.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of administrative support experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Associate's degree plus 1 year of administrative support experience.
  • Experience operating standard office equipment to include personal computer.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel at a basic level.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
  • Strong verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

  • High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years of administrative support experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience supporting executives.
  • Experience organizing, prioritizing and meeting deadlines while working on numerous projects.
  • Experience effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Skilled at using common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Skilled at dealing with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented atmosphere and with all levels of management.
  • Experience using discretion in dealing with confidential information.
