What are Galley Crew?

Galley Crew are staff members who work in the kitchen area (known as the galley) on ships, such as cruise ships, ferries, or cargo vessels. Their main responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and serving meals to passengers and crew, as well as maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards. Galley Crew may have specific roles such as cooks, kitchen assistants, or dishwashers, and they often work long hours in a fast-paced environment. Their work is essential to ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of everyone on board.

What are some common challenges faced by Galley Crew members, and how can they be managed effectively?

Galley Crew members often work in fast-paced and confined environments, especially aboard ships or airplanes, where space and resources can be limited.
