JOB DESCRIPTION The Public Safety Officer provides for the safety and security of Winterthur staff, guests, visitors, collections, and assets. Public Safety will provide guidance in a professional demeanor to bring all relevant situations to a resolution. They will respond to all emergencies, as well as assist in the de-escalation of conflicts on the Winterthur campus. As the first interaction a guest has with a Winterthur employee is often a member of the Public Safety Department, it is important that they provide a warm and welcoming demeanor to guests, visitors, and suppliers.
