Description

SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to all guests visiting The Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX and the Lighthouse at Gillette Stadium.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide outstanding customer service
  2. Meet and assist visitors in all museum areas to include access control/information desk, gallery and tour group greetings
  3. Be familiar with all museum gallery exhibits and events
  4. Operate interactive equipment
  5. Staff ticket sales desk as needed
  6. Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience guest service experience
  • Customer service and communication skills required
  • Must be a team player
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and Patriots home games
  • Must be willing to function in all visitor services positions
