Location: Hyatt Place Austin Downtown

Summary:

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
•A Gallery Night Auditor will assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front desk related functions
•Provide excellent guest service
•Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions daily, including credit cards, cash, and change funds
•Consistently follow all credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures
•Run various audits and reports and record all revenues and statistics accurately
•Read, analyze, interpret, and effectively explain items such as common reports, guest folios and emergency procedures
•Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information
•Effectively respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints
•Respond to emergency situations
•Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
•A Night Auditor will have a passion for customer service
•Ability to work independently while supporting hotel operations
•Strong attention to detail and organization skills
•Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but not required
•A willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
•The ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and the ability to stand for long periods of time
