Job description

Certified Surgical Technologist

Under the supervision and direction of the surgeon and RN, the position provides support to all areas of the operating room department. The Scrub Tech III is expected to adhere to applicable Lewis-Gale Medical Center policies and procedures and to LewisGale Medical Center value statements and commitment to excellence standards.

Required: Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program VA Certified Surgical Technologist Basic Cardiac Life Support

Preferred: 3+ years of experience in Surgical Technology Hours: Full time, day shift (weekends rotate). Call is required with a 30 minute response time.
