  • Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, integrations, infrastructure, networks, and client environments.
  • Take assigned engineering work from design through implementation, documentation, and production support.
  • Apply DevOps, observability, reliability, and software engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with product teams, platform teams, infrastructure teams, support organizations, and business partners.

Qualifications

  • Observability & Operational Engineering — Experience using monitoring, telemetry, and operational data to improve the end-user experience, strengthen diagnostics, reduce operational toil, and make software product teams more effective.
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple technology platforms and independently determine technical approaches for assigned work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Primary engineering focus will include ServiceNow, Client, On-Premises, Salesforce, and Cloud platforms.

Additional Skills

  • Experience with Agile development, DevOps, CI/CD, Git-based development, and Infrastructure as Code.
