POSITION SUMMARY

Caregivers and CNAs are the primary support providers for our residents. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities while ensuring they receive compassionate care that respects their dignity and independence.

This position plays a critical role in enhancing the lives of older adults by supporting their health, comfort, and overall wellbeing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Support residents with dining assistance and hydration needs.

Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.

Document care services and resident observations accurately.

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members to provide high-quality care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous caregiver, CNA, personal care aide, or healthcare experience preferred.

CNA certification is preferred but not required for some caregiver roles.

Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care is a plus.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compassionate attitude and genuine interest in working with seniors.

Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment.
