Position Summary

The Supply Chain Specialist serves as the primary liaison between the Supply Chain organization and the Project Management teams responsible for lottery customer contracts. This role is responsible for coordinating and aligning supply chain activities throughout the product lifecycle, including Production Verification Testing (PVT), New Product Introduction (NPI), demand management and forecasting, product configuration oversight, project supply chain master data management, and spare parts planning.

Acting as the supply chain representative on customer and product-related projects, the position ensures effective communication, planning, and execution between Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, field service and Commercial teams. The role drives supply chain readiness for product launches and contract deliverables, identifies and mitigates supply chain risks, supports continuous improvement initiatives, monitors supplier performance, and ensures material availability and operational alignment to meet customer commitments, project milestones, and business objectives.

Job Duties / Key Accountabilities

  • Product Configuration Oversight- Project Supply Chain Master File Management; Spare Parts Planning & Lifecycle Support; Cross-Functional Program Coordination.
  • Demand Management -Develop and maintain demand forecasts, monitor forecast accuracy, coordinate supply planning, analyze demand trends, and support inventory optimization initiatives.
  • Configuration Oversight -Ensure alignment with approved product configurations and engineering change processes; assess supply chain impacts of engineering changes and maintain BOM integrity.
  • Spare Parts Requirements Planning -Develop spare parts strategies, establish inventory targets, monitor usage and obsolescence risks, and support lifecycle planning activities.
  • Supply Chain Risk Assessment -Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply, minimize disruptions, and protect the organization's interests.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement - Regularly review and analyze sourcing process, procedures, and outcomes to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the Supply Chain function.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, legal, quality, regulatory, and commercial Sales & Marketing to align sourcing strategies with broader organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in a global Supply Chain role
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive cost savings and favorable terms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in utilizing data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant procurement software and tools (eSourcing, eProcurement, Spend Analytics)

Desired

  • Industry certification (Certified Supply Chain Professional or equivalent)
