What You'll Do
  • Manage a sophisticated real estate and business litigation caseload
  • Develop and execute litigation strategy from inception through trial
  • Handle depositions, motions, mediations, and court appearances
  • Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
  • Identify practical and cost-effective paths toward resolution
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on significant matters

What We're Looking For
  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • 7+ years of litigation experience
  • Real estate litigation experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships
  • Strong deposition, law and motion, and courtroom skills
  • Strategic thinker with sound judgment and professionalism
