• This is a fully remote position, designed to provide you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
• You will have the option for full-time (over 30 hours per week) or part-time (minimum 5 hours per week) schedules.

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions via video chat, delivering ethical and professional mental health support tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate client progress, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to craft personalized treatment plans that foster growth and resilience.
• Guide clients in developing essential coping and problem-solving strategies, enhancing their communication skills, and nurturing their emotional intelligence.
• Maintain accurate client records while adhering to ethical guidelines, ensuring minimal paperwork so you can focus more on client care.

Your primary focus will be on providing support to stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking therapeutic intervention to manage life's challenges. This role allows you to cultivate constructive, meaningful relationships with your clients as you assist them in navigating their mental health journeys.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license as either an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD, permitting independent practice without supervision.
• A clean disciplinary record, demonstrating professional integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
• Proficient interpersonal skills, along with computer literacy to navigate our user-friendly counseling platform and engage effectively with clients.
• A reliable internet connection to facilitate seamless virtual counseling sessions.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings, specifically in telehealth or remote therapy modalities, will be favored. Familiarity with using digital platforms for therapeutic practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
