Summary
As a Physical Therapist at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers of Cinco Ranch East, you will provide high-quality patient care designed to restore function, alleviate pain, and improve overall wellness. You will work as part of a collaborative clinical team to support our mission of empowering patients to achieve their health goals through innovative and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
• Patient Care:
o Evaluate patients, review medical records, and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
o Administer therapy to restore movement, reduce pain, and prevent disability.
o Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises to reinforce care.
• Documentation and Compliance:
o Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all patient interactions, including evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
o Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
• Collaboration and Supervision:
o Consult with referring physicians and collaborate with the Clinical Director and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
o Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants and clinical aides, ensuring compliance with state practice acts.
• Professional Development:
o Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical expertise.
o Stay informed about advances in physical therapy practices and apply them to patient care.
• Clinic Operations:
o Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinic environment.
o Support the team in achieving operational and productivity goals.
