Job Description

FX Logistics, LLC, a high growth logistics company with an asset division located near Gainesville, GA is currently searching for an experienced Carrier Sales Representative. The Carrier Sales Representative supports senior account managers in developing carrier contacts for regular truckload moves in both the dedicated and spot markets.

While working with your assigned team, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and growing relationships with carrier accountsManage load boards
  • Conduct calls to determine carrier availability
  • Research market trends
  • Communicated carrier status updates escalated from traffic to account managers
  • Ensure that all our client’s needs are met all while simultaneously providing consistent and exceptional service to contracted carriers and internal customers.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position of Carrier Sales Representative, the following qualifications are required:

  • 3 years’ experience in carrier sales in an asset light company is preferred, but not required.
  • A strong ability to persuade, motivate, negotiate, and influence others.
  • Rating and market knowledge for Vans and Reefers. Flatbed experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency with high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
