What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on robots, jigs, and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Install and remove machinery and equipment
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
  • Support safety standards, team training, and Kaizen (continuous improvement) efforts
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Maintenance (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical and mechanical)
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and maintenance tools
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
