Who are committed to delivering programs and solutions to meet our customers' time frames and financial parameters by managing technical, schedule, and cost performance. Bluehawk is seeking an experienced Intelligence Management Specialist (COP-IDL Watch Stander) to support command-level intelligence operations. This role provides 24/7 watch support maintaining the Command Common Operating Picture - Intelligence Data Layer (COP-IDL) and enables timely intelligence sharing across multiple classification domains. The selected candidate will support intelligence fusion, database management, reporting coordination, and cross-domain dissemination in support of operational and crisis response missions. Responsibilities * Stand watch as part of the COP-IDL Fusion Cell supporting routine and contingency operations.
* Maintain and update intelligence objects and track data within the theater Common Operating Picture (COP).
* Provide cross-domain intelligence dissemination between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and partner systems.
* Support administration and management of RFIs, taskings, reports, and operational briefings.
* Monitor intelligence reporting and resolve conflicts between reporting elements.
* Build and maintain intelligence databases and produce operational metrics.
* Assist with read-ahead materials, meeting coordination, and program documentation.
* Support intelligence fusion efforts using Object-Based Production (OBP) methodologies.
* Coordinate with analysts, engineers, and mission partners across the Intelligence Community. Qualifications * Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph clearance
* Minimum 8 years of relevant intelligence operations or intelligence management experience
* Experience supporting watch operations, COP management, or intelligence fusion environments
* Familiarity with cross-domain data transfers and intelligence dissemination procedures
* Ability to work independently in high-tempo operational settings Desired Experience * Experience with tools such as GCCS-J, FADE/MIST, Maven, CHRONICLE, Agile Client, or similar systems
* Background in SIGINT, GEOINT, OPIR, or multi-INT fusion
* Experience supporting Combatant Command or Joint Operations Center missions
