Your main responsibilities will include designing and maintaining engaging retail displays, managing product arrangement, and ensuring our showroom meets high standards of visual merchandising. This role focuses on creating compelling product displays that captivate customers and inspire them to transform their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain visually compelling retail displays that inspire customers.
  • Manage product display and inventory, including updating tags and assisting with counts.
  • Assemble and arrange products to optimize showroom layout and visual marketing.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of displays and products to ensure they meet our visual merchandising standards.
  • Take on additional tasks related to visual presentation as needed.

Training Includes:

  • Techniques for effective visual merchandising and display design.
  • Best practices for managing inventory and maintaining high standards of store visuals.
  • Utilizing HOM Furniture's resources to enhance retail design and presentation.


Requirements


Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards).
  • Experience: Preferred two years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.

Physical Demands: Moderate physical demands required. The employee is required to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time. Light cleaning including wiping down surfaces, dusting, and vacuuming is required. Occasionally, The employee will be required to ascend and descend ladders and stairs in a safe manner. The employee may be required to push, pull, and lift furniture and accessories up to 50 pounds.
