Pay structure:

Distribution Associate: Starting base pay $18.50 and can go up to $21.00 (with differentials)

Shift Differentials:

2nd Shift $1.00 Added to Base

Weekend $1.50 Added to Base for Premium (Must Work the Saturday or Sunday)
