Job description

Superior Office Interiors (SOI) is looking for an experienced Level II Installer who can independently install commercial modular office furniture while maintaining our standards for quality, efficiency, safety, and customer service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Complete furniture installations independently with minimal supervision

• Read and interpret floor plans and installation drawings

• Assemble and install modular furniture systems and workstations

• Troubleshoot and resolve common installation issues

• Complete punch-list items and product adjustments

• Maintain company tools and equipment

• Complete required installation documentation

• Communicate professionally with customers and project managers

• Assist and guide Level I Installers when needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Commercial office furniture installation experience

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to read floor plans and installation drawings

Strong knowledge of hand and power tools

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Dependable, punctual, and able to meet production goals

Professional attitude and communication skills

Commitment to safe work practices

Ability to perform the physical requirements of commercial furniture installation

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT LEVEL II

You can be assigned installation work, understand the drawings, complete quality installations, solve common field issues, and keep the work moving without requiring constant direction from a Lead Installer.
