Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician / Lead Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong residential HVAC installation and service experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will lead residential heat pump and furnace installations, perform ductwork modifications, troubleshoot HVAC systems, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
  • Lead heat pump and furnace installation projects from start to finish.
  • Perform ductwork modifications, repairs, and system upgrades.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards, local codes, and safety requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding project status and system operation.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation using tablet-based workflow systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation schedule as required.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation and/or service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Heat Pumps
    • Furnaces
    • Duct Systems
    • Residential HVAC Equipment
  • EPA Certification (Required).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Experience leading small installation teams.
  • Soldering and brazing experience.
