Redbridge works hand in hand with treasurers and CFOs of large corporates in an effort to innovatively optimize their cash management, payments and financing strategies. We have offices in Paris, Houston, Chicago, New York, Geneva, and London.

In the US, we have an Enterprise focus (companies > $1bn in annual revenue) with a dedicated advisory platform for our payments (card acceptance) and cash management (PCM - bank fees & services) solutions. We are maniacally focused on optimizing fees and services related to: payments, foreign exchange trading, and bank account / cash management for these large corporates through persistent analysis, market comparison, structuring, negotiation, and intermediation of banking and payment relationships.

We are seeking a driven and energetic account executive to expand our US Enterprise client base and drive sustainable revenue growth.

You must be passionate about delivering outstanding client value, working collaboratively with colleagues, and transforming Redbridge into the undisputed payments and cash management advisory services market leader.Understanding cash management services/products and card acceptance processing is a critical component to this role.

Key responsibilities:

In this role with Redbridge, your primary objective is to dynamically build a portfolio and sales funnel of companies that meet our Ideal Customer Profile in your territory.

This will involve dedicating hyper-focused attention to identifying and building pipeline, ultimately to achieve your sales quota. This will also include initiating and establishing meaningful relationships with key decision makers across within and the treasury organizations of prospective customers.

You will have a defined sales territory, and will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product colleagues and other internal teams to ensure prospects are moving through the sales funnel efficiently and ensure our CRM is kept up to date at all times.

General responsibilities:
  • Engage with your client portfolio to generate payment and cash management engagement opportunity meetings
  • Establish and grow your pipeline/portfolio of prospects that meet our ICP. Then, engage with this portfolio to generate payment and cash management opportunities and manage these sales pursuits successfully through closing.
  • Utilize multiple means and channels to grow your pipeline, including industry conference attendance, session speaking, thought leadership, lead generation via direct calls and email campaigning, etc.
  • Relentlessly prepare for every prospect meeting during the sales cycle, including presentation decks for client meetings using our standard templates and set up internal prep meetings prior to each key client meeting. This is followed up by closely and carefully reviewing the key points from each meeting and establishing/agreeing next steps.
  • Collaborate with your Redbridge product colleagues and involve them appropriately during each sales pursuit.
  • Articulate and persuasively communicate the full range and benefits of Redbridge's payments and cash management advisory, plus our reporting services and capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Guide each prospect through the full sales pursuit, while updating our CRM timely.
  • Effectively handle client objections during meetings and with follow-up marketing materials and client references. Escalate internally as necessary and leverage your colleagues for innovative ways to overcome objections.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts in close collaboration with Product teams and Legal, using Redbridge's pricing grid.
  • Post-sales: Attend key delivery meetings and engage with clients to strengthen relationships, maximize revenue associated with each client, and identify cross-sales opportunities.
  • Partner with Delivery teams and engage with clients to help manage any delivery-related challenges.
  • Populate and rigorously update all opportunity information in our CRM (e.g. call report, opportunity value, sales stage, etc.); manage the overall sales process to ensure timely client conversion across sales pipeline stages and update management as necessary.
  • Keep sales colleagues and Marketing up to date on re-emerging trends and opportunities and provide with Marketing content suggestions and work with Marketing for content production.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Marketing to ensure effective campaigns and proper lead follow-up.
  • Participate in and actively engage with prospects at conferences and client events.
  • Support US Head of Sales in creating productive, professional relationships with strategic key treasury and finance leaders in large, global companies
  • Develop thought leadership assets to support sales pipeline growth.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge in relevant areas by attending Product training.
  • Identify client priorities highlight possible conflicts of interest while adhering to Redbridge's sales methods and processes as well as all legal and regulatory guidelines, including client confidentiality.
