Havenpark Communities

Job description

Havenpark Communities was founded on the mission of creating caring communities for both our residents and employees. Havenpark has a portfolio of 100+ communities and more than 30,000 homesites across the U.S. We are experiencing intentional, rapid growth by continuously acquiring communities.

At Havenpark Communities, our mission is to make caring communities attainable for responsible residents across America. We acquire, improve, and operate manufactured home communities. You may be asking yourself - what makes us different? It is our culture. Our unique culture is fun, rewarding, and inclusive of all. Our five core values guide our everyday behavior: Respect, Grit, Collaboration, Stewardship, and Boldness.

Most sales roles ask you to do everything - market the listing, chase the lead, run the tour, and close the deal - and then wonder why nothing gets your full attention. Not this one.

At Havenpark Communities, we've split the sales process in two so each half gets done right. You'll own the front end: turning inventory into scheduled appointments. A dedicated Sales & Leasing Agent takes it from there and closes. You focus on volume and velocity - not paperwork, not walkthroughs, not chasing signatures.

If you're the kind of person who gets energy from a full pipeline, a fast response time, and watching a lead-gen number climb week over week, this is built for you.

What You'll Actually Do

Make listings irresistible

  • Partner with on-site teams to get current photos, then edit and write copy that makes prospects stop scrolling. You're the reason a listing gets clicked.

Own the top of the funnel

  • Post daily across Facebook Marketplace and every assigned ILS platform. Run community-specific campaigns. Answer inbound questions fast enough that prospects don't drift to a competitor.

Set the table for the close

  • Qualify leads, confirm real interest, and hand off appointments to the Sales & Leasing Agent with everything they need to walk in prepared and walk out with a signed application.

Prove it with numbers

  • Generate 500+ leads a month across your assigned communities. Track sources, response times, and outcomes in the CRM. Report on what's working - and fix what isn't.
What You Bring
  • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, inside sales, or similar prospecting work
  • A sharp eye for photos and a sharper pen for listing copy
  • Comfort with Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms (manufactured housing or real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement)
  • Communication skills fast enough to keep a hot lead hot
  • The organization to juggle multiple communities and never let a listing go stale
  • Bonus points for CRM or lead-management tool experience
$45,000 - $45,000 a year
Commissions are earned on sales or leases closed from leads the employee generates.

Why Havenpark

We own and operate manufactured housing communities across the U.S. - real neighborhoods, real affordability, real belonging. Our sales and leasing teams are the front door to that experience, and we've redesigned this role so you can do the part you're best at without getting buried in the rest.

Ready to Fill the Pipeline?

If "500+ leads a month" sounds like a target you'd enjoy chasing instead of dreading, we want to hear from you.

Apply now and help us connect more people with a home - and a community - they belong in.

We offer our employees a golden work experience, including a competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits, generous PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with a 6% company match, and above all, infinite opportunities to learn, develop, and sharpen their skills. Come be a part of a company that knows what it means to succeed as a team.

It is our policy to recruit, hire, and promote qualified personnel in all job classifications without regard to race, creed, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
