Funko is a purveyor of pop culture and licensed-focused collectibles company. Funko currently holds thousands of licenses and the rights to create tens of thousands of characters - one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. Funko's Pop! Vinyl is the number one stylized vinyl collectible on the market, selling millions of figures to fans around the world.
We are seeking an Inventory Control Manager with a strong understanding of distribution / fulfillment operations including inventory flows, incoming supplier quality, and new innovations.
This position will work with leadership to develop a world class processes to benchmark best in class warehouse management. This position requires a high-level of ownership over the end-to-end process, while influencing or creating a new process to correct current negative trends.
What You'll Do
  • Develop on-site strategy responsible for the implementation of site processes to develop optimal solutions for inventory management
  • Manage or create quality controls for all inbound, outbound, and returns material flows
  • Responsible to ensure inventory transactions within the system are carried out properly and accurately
  • Oversee quality control practices to ensure the accurate, on-time and damage free condition of materials
  • Act as key driver of analytics, balanced scorecards, and modeling. Conduct monthly cost and performance reviews and report out to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement and goal attainment
  • Lead Inventory and Quality projects
  • Successful candidates will be excellent communicators, great business partners to groups inside and outside of the DC, curious, highly motivated, and effective at building teams
  • Be a primary mentor to the Inventory Control leadership team
  • Knowledge of Foreign Trade Zone practices and requirements, and SOX compliance is highly preferred

What You'll Bring
  • Min. 2+ years of experience managing Inventory Control Teams
  • Strong background in consumer products distribution in an omni-channel building
  • Proven Continuous Improvement or Lean methodologies experience
  • Problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to articulate path forward based on data
  • A flexible mindset and hands on approach. This role is 50% office and 50% on the floor. Priorities can shift rapidly as the business requires
  • Demonstrated Excel and data analysis skills a must
  • Self starting with an ability to drive results with minimal direction
  • Flexibility to oversee a 7 day a week Inventory Control operation, including regular nights and weekend support
  • A great attitude to thrive in a start up environment

Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,610.00 - $110,500.00 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
