Duties include driving service vehicles, setup of chairs, tents, and other items, and ensuring respectful, professional presence during services. Maintains vehicles and equipment, follows safety and decorum standards, and provides courteous support to grieving families and guests. This position also requires filling downtime with assisting in the manufacturing area. Key Responsibilities:Drive service vehicle to transport funeral equipmentSet up chairs, tents, and other equipment at funeral or graveside locationsAssist with moving caskets and floral arrangements as directedMaintain clean and service-ready vehicles and equipmentFollow all safety, confidentiality, and etiquette standards during servicesSupport funeral directors and staff as needed during servicesUnderstanding of concrete manufacturing helpful Qualifications:Valid driver's license and clean driving recordMust pass drug test and physicalAbility to lift and move heavy objects (90+ lbs)Professional demeanor and appearanceSensitivity and respect for grieving familiesPrior funeral or service setup experience preferred but not requiredMust be team player, picking up rotating shifts on weekends (1.5x wage Saturdays, Double Sundays) and work on the floor when neededDo you have excellent communication skills?
