  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, price targets, risk assessments, and investment recommendations that support portfolio construction and security selection decisions.
  • Partner with portfolio managers and investment leadership to provide timely insights on portfolio holdings, candidate investments, benchmark performance, and recommended portfolio changes.
  • Develop high-quality research reports, earnings updates, sector commentary, thematic publications, and presentations for internal stakeholders and advisors.
  • Support advisor engagement activities, educational events, webinars, and due diligence discussions by translating complex analysis into clear and actionable investment perspectives.
  • Maintain strong documentation, governance, and compliance practices across all research activities and investment recommendations.

To be successful in this role you will have...

  • 7+ years of experience in equity research in the consumer sector, investment analysis, asset management, or a related investment function, with demonstrated expertise in fundamental company and sector analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Master of Business Administration, Chartered Financial Analyst designation, or advanced degree preferred.
  • Applicable securities licenses or registrations, or the ability to obtain required licensing within an established timeframe.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, and investment recommendation capabilities, including the development of buy, hold, and sell theses.
  • Experience within buy-side, sell-side, registered investment advisor, separately managed account, or institutional investment environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex investment views to portfolio managers, advisors, and senior stakeholders.

In-Office Collaboration

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders, clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Base Pay Salary
