DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Daily Duties and Tasks: Lead day-to-day administration and oversight of fleet safety technology programs, including Samsara safety cameras, event workflow, driver recognition, communication systems, navigation systems, user support, reporting, system adoption, and rollout activities.
• Develops and monitors safety technology reporting, including event trends, coaching completion, supervisor compliance, driver behavior patterns, and site-level performance.
• Develops training, communications, reference materials, and follow-up processes to ensure Safety Supervisors, Operations, HR, and other field users apply fleet safety systems consistently.
