In this role,ย youโ€™llย guide initiatives from kickoff to completion, ensure alignment across teams, fosterย trustย and collaboration, and help deliverย high-qualityย outcomes that support the Cityโ€™s strategic priorities and serve our community.ย ย 


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manageย cross functionalย projects from initiation through closeout.ย 
  • Facilitate collaboration, communication, and problem solvingย across departments.
  • Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to improving PMO processes, tools, and organizational project capability.ย 


Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelorโ€™s degreeย requiredย from an accredited college or university with major course work in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
Three (3) years of leading and directing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, evolving requirements, and organizational impact, including process improvements, system implementations, or strategic initiatives.ย 


Certifications
PMP Certified or the successful completion of the PMP certification within 12 months of employment. (See Project Management Institute for requirements) ย
