Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other lean initiatives to enable functional area and the ShipCenter to meet and exceed business plan.* Participate in the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.* Ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts (where applicable) and across the network.* Ensure the administration of policies/procedures in a fair and consistent manner. Professionally address issues with the management team and crew members, individually and collectively, utilizing the proper resources.* Work closely with support staff (HR, finance, facilities, safety, IT and other operations managers) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, industrial engineering, operations engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain or related discipline* 7+ years of experience in a distribution/warehouse/fulfillment center* Flexible with a multiple-shift operation based on business needs.* Must be relocatable.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Lean and continuous improvement with experience leading projects to completion.
