THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE A COMMUTE TO THE NEWBERG OREGON CLINIC.
Salary: 125,000-175,000 per year

Our services include hormone optimization for both men and women using bioidentical hormones, nutritional counseling, IV infusions, PRF procedures, weight management, and women’s health support. Who We’re Looking For:
We’re currently hiring a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, MD, or DO to become part of our integrative care team.
Ideal candidates will bring at least two years of experience in primary or urgent care settings and possess a strong interest in functional medicine. While formal certification in functional medicine is not required, we offer structured mentorship and hands-on training to help you grow in this field.

This position requires in-person, in-clinic interaction with patients on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses.
  • Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients.
