Job Summary:ย 
We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. This role is about more than providing care - itโ€™s about partnering in transformation. Youโ€™ll deliver exceptional client experiences through genuine connection, clinical excellence, and personalized treatment plans rooted in functional, proactive medicine. Youโ€™ll help guide clients beyond quick fixes - toward lasting, meaningful health outcomes. This role is for the practitioner who sees medicine as an ongoing pursuit - one rooted in curiosity, discernment, and a deep devotion to meaningful change.
Responsibilities:ย 
  • Conduct physical exams, bloodwork reviews, and functional assessments with a deep-rooted focus on identifying the root cause of client symptoms.ย 
  • Personalize treatment plans using a tiered approach that may include lifestyle recommendations, stress management techniques, supplement protocols, peptides, IV therapies, tools for hormone optimization via HRT, and moreย 
  • Translate complex medical insights into client-friendly language and communicate next steps clearly and compassionatelyย 
  • Collaborate with team members daily, including Client Advocates, RNs, Front of House staff, and fellow Nurse Practitioners.ย 
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis, universal precautions, and infection control protocolsย 
  • Document with accuracy and detail; chart same day using EHR, the appropriate charting templates, and proper documentation methods.ย 
  • Maintain active licensure, compliance training, and continuing educationย 
  • Stay engaged with clinical advancements in hormone health, medical weight loss, functional medicine, and regenerative therapiesย 
Ideal Background:ย 
  • Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Michigan
  • 3+ years of clinical experience (wellness or functional medicine preferred)ย 
  • Experience or interest in innovative treatments, such as hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, peptide protocols, and medical weight lossย 
  • Experience with Aesthetic Injectables โ€“ neurotoxin and dermal fillers - is a plusย 
  • Comfortable with learning new systems (lab portal, pharmacy portal, EMR)ย 
  • Passion for helping others reclaim their health with integrity, innovation, and safety
