HOST Our Hosts play an essential role in serving our guests and delivering a great dining experience! Buddy's offers a fun working environment with competitive pay, meal benefits and growth opportunities. Essential Functions:
  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients
  • Ensure guests are satisfied and extend a friendly farewell inviting guests back
  • Assist guests when on a waiting list
  • Coordinate the flow of seating throughout the shift while maintaining the waiting list
  • Suggestively sells all menu items
  • Observes guests and responds to any additional needs
  • Demonstrating excitement and enthusiasm
  • Follows health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the restaurant industry
  • High energy working to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and the team
  • Dependable team player with successful record of work attendance
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability reach, lift, bend and carry heavy objects
  • Must adhere to Buddy's uniform policy and standards at all times
