We're looking for energetic, people-first volleyball referees to join our team. We're building the best, most fun volleyball leagues around, and we need refs who can keep games fair and moving while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for players of all levels. This is a great fit for someone who loves the sport, enjoys working with people, and wants to help shape a positive community around volleyball.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of volleyball rules and gameplay
  • Prior reffing experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and people skills - comfortable making calls confidently while keeping the game fun for everyone
