At My Gym Children's Fitness Center, we believe birthday's should be filled with laughter, movement, and unforgettable memories! Our parties are high-energy, organized, and completely fun - featuring games, gymnastics, and smiles from start to finish.

We're looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and playful team members to join our crew as Birthday Party Hosts - the heart of every celebration!ย 

Job Summary:

AS a Birthday Party Host, you'll lead children through exciting activities, coordinate with parents, and ensure that every party runs smoothly and joyfully. You'll be part of a team that creates a stress-free, memorable experience for families - and you'll have a ton of fun doing it!

This position is ideal for energetic individuals who love working with kids, have great people skills, and know how to keep the energy up while staying organized!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead kids through games, relays, songs, and gymnastics activities
  • Welcome families and communicate clearly with parents and guests
  • Set-up and decorate for parties, assisting with serving food, cutting cake, and help clean up afterwards
  • Manage group flow and maintain a safe, engaging environment
  • Be the "fun leader" - bringing excitement, smiles, and positive energy!
  • Support teammates and ensure each party runs on time

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing, energetic personality and a love for kids!
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in childcare, recreation, teaching, or theater is a plus (but not required - we'll train you!)
  • Dependable and comfortable being active (lifting mats, demonstrating games, etc)
  • Must be available to work weekends

Schedule & Pay

  • Part-time position with primarily weekend hours (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
  • Opportunities for additional hours through classes, camps, and events
  • Tips are available for Party Hosts!
