Urgent Opportunity: Join as a Highly Skilled Area Hotel Task Force Member
Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can travel and make a real impact in different hotel environments? Do you thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing settings where your operational expertise is highly valued?
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Area Hotel Task Force Member to join our team and support multiple hotels across the region. This exciting role offers the chance to develop your leadership skills, work closely with various departments, and enjoy excellent benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and mileage reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support to short-staffed hotels or fill in supervisory roles as needed
  • Travel on short notice within the assigned area and stay on-site for 1-3 weeks per assignment
  • Assist with staff training and coaching on brand standards and policies
  • Adapt quickly to multiple hotel brands and master brand-specific technology and training
  • Conduct one-day trips to individual properties to address specific staffing challenges
Qualifications
  • Verifiable operational experience across multiple hotel departments
  • Ability to travel and be away from home for extended periods, including same-day travel
  • Physical ability to stand, walk for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Strong customer service focus with attention to detail
